Apenas hemos comenzado un año nuevo y con ello nuevos objetivos a conseguir.
En la lanzadera seguimos trabajando por nuestra meta tanto profesional como personal.
Para esta última, nos hemos enriquecido con el taller que ha impartido nuestra compañera Carmen María López sobre la Lengua de Signos Española.
Sí, la lengua de signos también varía de un país a otro, al igual que cualquier otro idioma.

We have just started a new year and with new objectives to achieve.
In our Lanzadera de Empleo, we carry on working for our goal both professionally and personally.
For the latter, we have enriched ourselves with the learning workshop that our colleague Carmen María López gave us about Spanish sign language. Yes, sign language also varies from one country to another, just like any other language.
Durante el taller, aprendimos la importancia del color de la vestimenta para un intérprete de esta lengua para resaltarla, los saludos y la cortesía.
Practicamos el alfabeto dactilológico, los días de la semana, los meses del año y los números. con todo esto fuimos capaces de hacer una pequeña presentación, para poder saludar a personas que no puedan oír nuestra voz.
During this learning workshop, we learned about the importance of the color of the dress for a sign-language interpreter in order to highlight it, as the greetings and the courtesy as well.
We were practicing the fingerprint alphabet, days of the week, months of the year and the numbers. With all of this, we were able to make a small presentation and communicate with people who cannot hear our voice.
Pero el momento más mágico fue cuando pudimos disfrutar de la interpretación de una canción, y la manera en la que nos contagió emocionalmente con todas las expresiones corporales.
¿En resumen? ¡Objetivo conseguido!
No cabe duda que aprender una lengua nueva es enriquecedor, y más ahora, que conocemos la lengua española en todas sus vertientes.

But the most magical moment took place when we could enjoy the interpretation of a song and also the way in which we got emotionally affected with all the corporal expressions.

There is no doubt that learning a new language is enriching. Now we could say that we know a little bit more about the Spanish language.
